• 1987 The company was established and started production at Palembang factory.


• 1996 ITOCHU Corporation invested in 49% share of the company.


• 2003 ITOCHU acquired 100% share and the company joined ITOCHU group company.


• 2006 The company started production at Jambi factory.


• 2010 The company opened Muara Bungo branch.


• 2012 The company opened Gunung Megang branch.


• 2013 The company increased production capacity at Palembang and Jambi Factory.
