Social Assistance On The Impact Of Covid-19 In Village Simpang Kubu Kandang Province Jambi

The Pandemic period due to Corona or Covid-19 disease has had a negative impact on the economy of the entire community. To support and support the community so that they can continue to carry out their daily activities, especially poor rural communities around the company. We wish to carry out real activities to help them as a form of concern from the company for the community around the company due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The activity of providing social assistance in this case is basic food in the form of rice to the community around PT. ABP, in village simpang kubu kandang province jambi that held on 9 November 2020 and the event was attended directly by the secretary of the Pemayung Sub-district. 

 

in addition, the event was filled with the provision of training materials by PT. ABP to the villagers because most of the residents work as rubber farmers who sell to the PT. ABP. The socialization material given was about clean rubber and how to do a good and correct rubber tapping technique, which was delivered by Mr. Sugiarto (Deputy Quality Manager).

 

Then we also provided material about the sustainability of natural rubber, which is a world issue today, namely about Sustainability (Tracy) which was explained by Mr. Miftah (Process Control Staff) and also an explanation from Mr. Okta (Deputy Factory Manager), about the dangers of contamination and an explanation of Sustainability (Tracy),

  

and the event ended with a symbolic donation from PT. ABP to the residents of Simpang Kubu Kandang Village.
