The stakeholder engagement is our priority. We communicate and engage through various means. Annual meeting between the company and worker union discusses about working condition, minimum salary, gender equality, safety equipment, etc. Our semiannual CSR survey and our grievance channel try to find any concern from neighbors and employees. As of December 31, 2023 there is no complaint including land dispute received through the grievance channel.
